I am an artist originally from the countryside village of Firle, Lewes. East Sussex. I have now moved to the seaside town of Weymouth in Dorset. I create original artwork, portraits and tattoo designs. I am a self taught artist of many years and absolutely passionate about my job . I mainly specialise in portraits of animals, i adore drawing your "fur babies" your beloved pets and people, those family members

Capturing personality and beauty is so important to me and very rewarding. I love getting my customers reactions, it gives me such enjoyment, especially when it means so much to someone!

I specialise in coloured pencils or graphite pencil, as this seems to be my favourite medium to use.

There's something about the soulful gaze of a dog that speaks straight to the heart. This portrait was inspired by those quiet moments when your furry friend looks up at you with pure trust and curiosity- reminding us of the simple joys and deep bonds we share with our pets,

Some characters just have a way of making us smile, no matter how old we are. This drawing was inspired by the ever-curious and endlessly optimistic Paddington Bear, who always seems to find himself in the middle of an adventure.

If you're considering ordering a portrait commission;

I post regular updates and news on my Facebook page ( MW Arts ). I welcome your feedback, reviews and enquiries.

My lead time is at least a couple of months so please get in touch, especially if you have in mind a deadline.

A deposit of £20 secures your commission slot, then the remaining balance is payable upon completion.

Suitable, clear photographs are needed, so that i can add as much detail as possible in the finished result. I can also amalgamate several photos into one drawing commission piece.

Before i'm due to start your special commission i will be in touch to confirm your wishes ( layout etc ). once i have started, i will send regular updates of my progress.

When i have completed your special piece, i always leave it for a couple of days just in case i notice any minor changes that i have missed.

Then it will be packaged very securely and sent by Royal Mail Special delivery in the UK. For overseas, by Royal Mail Airmail.
